Though of the day!
We are always told to come out of the comfort zone, but how?
Certainly, I believe in trying things that we are most afraid of. To break the same old safe routines.
It takes some courage to try out new things.
Today I like to share some of my insights to sharpening your mind for letting go of comfort.
Lesson 1: Try
Try out new things. Make it a habit of trying out new things. Let the child inside you come out and play. It's my favourite mantra. We all dream of becoming this or becoming that. Blah! Blah! But it's no use of only having a dream!
"A goal without a plan is just a wish."
So we have to break the loop and make some changes in our day to day life. It will come to us like a snowball effect.
Think about it!
If you plan to skip a packet of chips and go for a salad instead of daily, how far will be in pink of health! If you don't like salad, try a smoothie. If you hate it too, then try some other homemade tasty but healthy snack!
All the beginning starts with trying!
Lesson 2: Be open to other ideas and ask questions
Be all ears. You shouldn't just stand in your island of thoughts and lost in it forever.
You should listen to others and try to look at the situation from other points of view.
Ask questions! Don't be shy and stay confused forever!

Some people may be too focused on what others do and take them as competition. Some compare their lives with others and make themselves pity.
Note: Don't take other's opinions and beliefs as your life's centre. Just try to understand their world of understandings.
How could you do that?
Simple. Just talk and share how you feel and ask them how they feel and what their point is. I'm sure you'll be surprised. Every one of us does know things that jaw drop and change other's popular opinion in life.
If you're not much sociable or don't like to talk much, don't mistake me, I am just saying if you feel like wanting to learn and talk less, then you may opt for books - A tip for introverts like me. Take a book that's completely out of style. You can explore many things like I explored many things about racism in America by studying those books!
Books are the lovely things that let the author connect with your soul and find out the best and worst in you and the world and transform the lives.
Hear 100 people talk. In big organizations, they are open to the opinion: Why? The forecasts for the economy and business decisions are asked to be made by different people: again why? Because if many people are involved, we'll get many opportunities to look at the best possible choice.
Extra tips: Learn about yourself well and be positive!

Never say never! Fight it forever! - a line from Justin Bieber's song! Always lift your mood with some positive music vibe!
So that's what today's daily blog log is about!
I hope you find this useful! Hit heart and comment it means a lot!
Bye!
