Exercise regularly without an excuse to make your body and mind fit and fine. According to studies done around 78% of the high achievers said that exercise is a part of their daily morning regime. Exercise need not always involve lifting heavy weights or tearing your ligaments. It is simply letting your body sync with the flow of the universal energy .According to mystics the healthy bodies are in tune with the flow of the universal energy. In simple terms eat food 80% of your capacity and walk twice as much to maintain a healthy body and a healthy mind because a healthy mind resides in a healthy body. To do exercise regularly you don't need to go to the gym or don't need heavy equipments it could be done as simply as walking up and down the stairs or simply walking 30 minutes past supper Doing a 10 minute session of yoga to get your body going and provide you with the energy for the entire day. It also boost metabolism, increase your stamina to provide enough energy for the day and helps you stay fit, healthy and most importantly happy. yes you read it right . Exercise makes you happy.period .It is because while exercising body releases happy hormones . And a happy mind can do wonders.
