Practice Gratitude


"Gratitude should be a new attitude."
Practicing gratitude is quite underrated but this simple habit reaps lots and lots of fruitful results for you. It is not only helpful to the others around you but most importantly for yourself. It changes our perspective towards the world around us. Gratitude towards the supreme being, nature, animals and plants should be the fundamental aspect of our behaviour .It doesn't require material aspects to show gratitude to others around us,it simply reflects in the behaviour of the individual .Practicing gratitude is the key to attaining personal growth .You could practice gratitude simply by writing down five things you are grateful in your life in the morning in your journal. Journalling is one of the thing I have developed from the past few years. It most importantly gives a mental clarity and make us more focused on the task at hand .It also help mend our habit of procrastination. Practicing gratitude not only involves being grateful for all the things that we have but also forgiving others easily because when you are grateful to the other person his or her mistakes might not seem too big to be ignored.
