Almost everyone has watched the top-animated series, Avatar: The Last Airbender. Some have even stick to watching the series over and over again. If you haven't, you need to. Plus, it coming on Netflix live-action remake. For those who had had a view of animated series and even those who hadn't, they all have a thrilling memory of Avatar: The Last Airbender as being the most fascinating and thrilling cartoon ever watched. But Avatar: The Last Airbender has some distinctive facts you probably never know or heard!
1. CO-CREATORS MICHAEL DIMARTINO AND BRIAN KONIETZKO WITHDRAW FROM WORKING WITH
NETFLIX ON THE LIVE-ACTION REMAKE.
It was recently announced that Avatar: The Last Airbender’ both creator quit Netflix live-action remake series. DiMartino wrote in an open letter on his website that they are no longer involved in the project.

The name Souka literally depict the Japanese phrase “Sou Ka” indicating “I see” or “is that so”
6. MANY ANIMALS IN THE ANIMATED SERIES ARE HYBRID CREATURES.
I bet you don't know most animals are hybrid. Momo is a half-bat, half lemur. Appa is half bison and half manatee.
7. SOKKA IS AMBIDEXTROUS.
Sokka is both-handed. In the last airbending series, souka can be seen using both of his hands to attack, write, and draw.
8. ALL BENDING IN THE AVATAR: THE LAST AIRBENDER ANIMATED SERIES ARE BASED ON A PARTICULAR COMBAT PHILOSOPHY.
Airbending is based on Chinese martial art, baguazhang.
Waterbending is based on Chinese martial art, tai chi.
Earthbending is based on the hung gar style of kung fu.
Firebending is based on northern Shaolin kung fu.
