A Mother Is Beyond Gender: Pride

Previous to this I wrote a brief blog that I tagged “What is Normal?” where I feather touched upon this very subject of individuals on the spectrum of sexuality. There is never enough said and never enough justice on their side and that is why I am back again to try my best to make a difference and change some rigid minds of those imbeciles out there who refuse to even understand the plight of another Homosapien.

Though it has been over a year since the abolition of Section 377 why is it that there had to be a nationwide section 144 imposed on the one-year completion of the abolition? Fear. Fear that a mob might break out, fear of something ungodly occurring, fear of having to lose dominance, fear of having to agree to what is right, fear of having to stand on the side of justice.

Recently I came across a TEDx talk given by Sri Gauri Sawant and during that talk, the one thing that struck a chord in me was, “Mother is a behavior”. She said how MOTHER is so much more than just the gender but rather more about the emotion in one’s heart.

Today, we as humans have advanced to such great degrees and achieved tremendously in everything we do but so little of us have the mindset, emotion and capacity to truly understand what an individual has to offer, be it a man, woman, transgender, homosexual or simply anyone with their own facet that makes them unique. Thousands and millions of them consciously seek out to find fault in others who bring to the table their own kind of uniqueness and the ones who do it from behind the robes are the imbeciles, frivolous ones who can never be a mother regardless of their gender or sexuality.

More than a sense of misanthropy, annoyance, and pure anger towards these individuals it is the sense of verklempt, and despondency that takes over about how God’s greatest creations lack in such pivotal idiosyncrasies. But just like how every cloud has a silver lining, the silver lining around the cloud of hatred from these immature individuals is the strength and invigorating energy that is soaked up in the rest of us to fight this.

"Mother is beyond gender. Mother could be anyone. Mother could be a woman. Mother could be a father. Mother could be a transgender. Mother could be anyone capable to love someone." - Sri Gauri Sawant.
