How does one hold on to it and remind oneself of it every single day?How can one develop that fantasy into reality? Well, if you have been wondering about it and want to achieve the bigger picture you have in mind, start by activating your 5 senses every morning. Here are a couple of ways on how to do so.


1. See your vision board, your future self, or just visualize your dreams coming true.

2. Smell: Sniff that whiff of essential oils, potpourri, flowers, or even perfume.

3. Hear: Switch out that alarm for a soulful melody, a chant, or even a podcast.

4. Taste: Comfort food, or that perfect fruit smoothie.

5. Touch: Stretch to ease your body or just give yourself a hug.



The one thing stringing the journey to the destination is meaningful action that enhances all the five senses. That moment in time when your five senses are fully engaged and energized is called an experience.
