An Unpaid Job For A Lifetime!

A job that we get hired for, out of the blue! Besides, there are no tutorials, practical classes, training, or even unpaid internships! A super demanding task is assigned to souls with no prior experience. What is it? PARENTING! Dad or Mom, it is a tough responsibility which has HAPPINESS as the only reward, nothing else! But you know, HAPPINESS IS EVERYTHING.

I was a DADDY fan until I myself got a home to take care of. That's how a mom does her duty. She does it so perfectly with little faults, we take her for granted, we sometimes feel like the household chores she manages is too easy rather understanding and appreciating her skill of making it look simpler when it is not. At least I did take her for granted many a time. When she yells, I question her, sans realizing that I was repeating the same mistakes and forcing her to yell. That looks like a confession, I know. Yes, I miss my mom! Terribly.

My mom, didn't have many dreams to chase but we two naughty daughters. And that is not because she didn't have a dream, but because, the word MOM has a synonym- sacrificer. And her patience is remarkable and sometimes not, but that's fine, she is a human, moreover, my mother! Showing patience is onerous. Our GOOGLE at home. Can't find something? Ask her. Need something? Tell her. Getting irritated with someone around? Shriek at no one but her!

It's been so easy all these years, until now. She has always been there for our family. When everyone in our family had the choice of making a sacrifice, none did, she alone did it all.

Still, after everything a mom sort-outs. When her daughter or son goes wrong, people don't find fault with their father, embarrassment is all their mother's!

Whatever said, something I still don't understand about mother is. She shows partiality, which doesn't go well with me. A human who has a lot of exceptional qualities shouldn't give the biggest fish fry to our dad! (wink)
