Programming is a core skill where experience matters. Just writing codes for the sake of coding (24/7) will not make a skilled and valued programmer. Programmer can learn it by reading books, attending a conference and completing online tutorials. A junior programmer will need help to complete their tasks as they are just learning how to hone their craft in programming!. If they left alone, they will not able to produce any more values in business. Half of all programming opening isn’t in the technical industry. Instead, they are in finance, engineering, science, fashion and so on.

Look at an example- Fashion Industry. Wearable technologies today means smartwatches and bracelets, but in a few years, there will smart clothing that will do whatever your phone does today. Workout clothes that can track your performance, the shirts that can call a taxi at the end of work, common dress and inner that can monitor our health. Faced with that fashion tech students are more hire-able, students with fashion degree or students with fashion degree too, but has also taught themselves to code!!! .so, these students can easily communicate with the specialist who is creating the teach and will significantly require less training.
