Happiness can be found in the seemingly mundane things we do every day, which gives our brain a boost of feel-good chemicals. Being in a positive state has a direct and significant impact on our productivity, motivation, and overall well-being.
Even the simplest of the tasks, like smiling, can release the chemicals in our brain. Happiness is majorly regulated by the four hormones- Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin, and Endorphins, so whenever you feel anxious, sad or stressed, try out these simple tasks that will help you uplift your mood and get you in a more positive state!

1.Dopamine- The reward chemical:
Complete a task
Practice self-care
Listen to songs
Appreciate the little victories
2.Serotonin- The mood stabilizer:
Meditate
Read a book
Take a nap
Make a note of the events in your day
3.Endorphins- The pain killer:
Watch your favorite movie
Have a cup of tea/coffee
Take a warm shower
Exercise daily
4.Oxytocin- The love hormone:
Hug your family members
Compliment people
Keep a check on your loved ones
Practice kindness.
Give yourself a DOSE of happiness.
