This is going to be a cliche fellow readers but stick with me. Once upon a time, there lived a young girl who has everything she could dream of, a mansion in the woods, ancestral wealth, beauty, and intelligence. With everything that she bravely possessed in her power, she lacked in the most basic facets of humanity; feeling and emotion.
She was arrogant, she failed to understand the plight of others at every given occasion, she could easily be gaslit, she possessed nothing that made her humane and so over the years her tender heart transformed to become an empty can that did nothing but make a loud noise as a mechanism to cope when situations when they went south.
She tired and fed up by people always commenting on her shallowness so she pledged all her worldly possession to go in search of or even more conveniently buy herself some affection, love, feeling, and emotions to prove to the world that she was right and they were wrong.
She walked for days together, under the piping heat of the sun and the biting cold of the snow, and yet she was nowhere close to buying off what she wanted to. Eventually, as days turned into nights and nights turned into days, the young girl started to lose every inch of hope in her and she was ready to regression back home and strive victorious as she could prove them all wrong. On her way back, in the woods, she encountered a joker who was dancing and singing trying to attract anyone in sight putting on his joker act. Though his efforts were marvelous, in the dead silent jungle no one was in sight. The young girl decided to along with the joker’s acts and started dancing along with him.
The empty can of a heart inside the little girl started to make such loud, ear-splitting noises that every other person came flocking to the scene to find this gracious act by the duet. This is when the ear-to-ear smiles of every happy individual instilled a sense of happiness, emotion, love affection, and most importantly the meaning and value of life in the little girl.

What the supreme take away from this anecdote is the fact that one must learn to identify, acknowledge and recognize their shortcomings and what they lack in without letting their self-esteem and prides come in the way of real and pure happiness and most importantly learn to achieve higher goals and endeavors in life to not have to prove to the world but to rather make a point to the world and they are both not the same things.
