Just Hit The Brain And Lit The Mind...!!!

Hey...!!! You there. You are the cause of this delivery. I hope you are doing well. If not, I pass my well wishes. Well, if we want to know more, we are gonna have to dig it more. Alright, Tell me one thing. How often do you get bored/ sad/ tired? And for what reasons? If there is any, then how many can you recall? I'm sure you'll beat the list pal.
Ok, let's jump into the topic. You know, most of the time, I mean almost every time, things are not how they are supposed to be. Are they? But, did you ever get stuck why they are not? I doubt that, really. Some of us never question these happenings. Yes..!! And that's the uncared part in the humanity. Let me tell you some... If you have the energy to wonder the income in your life, I tell you, you'll climb up any kind of altitude that you put forth in your mind. And also, you have to find out the answer. If not, then I'm sorry my friend. I won't be there to give you the hand to reach the peak of your Everest.
Now, you must be beginning to ask me "Why the hell should I question the things when I don't even have the time to cry (or) weep over my events?". You are usually right buddy. For that, I'll show you some that you may find useful for you and the world you live in. It's nothing but a 10-15 minutes regular routine which I'll be listing as you follow my lead. Here it is,
1). Find a space where you can feel your whole energy with nature (or) maybe, at least in a hall.
2). Vajrasana - Grab a pillow and take your position.
3). Sit straight (in Vajrasana); Rest your back on your heel and close the eyes.
4). First 2-3 minutes, let the mind go as it does and don't fight with it.
5). Afterwards, only concentrate on your breathing and see if you can sense the air passing through the body.
6). And, practice some of your familiar Asanas.
7). Lastly, say 'Om' at least 5 times to vibrate your organs. (Every sound may be between 7-10 seconds)
8). Stay still for a while and then open your eyes. (You maybe feeling better now)
Do these above steps if you wanna have a good health...!!!
It's done. I'm gonna leave you here and you are gonna have to drive it on your own. Be careful, slow, quick and smooth as much as you can. So that you can have a better ride ahead.
