Let’s first know about Grit. Grit is the perseverance and passion to achieve long term goals and nobel in life. As the author Angela said, Grit is a good reminder that an exclusive focus on potential can distract us from the importance of other variables that are important for success. I've seen quite a few articles that basically say that "grit is the true secret to success", and "forget talent, success comes from grit". In Grit, Angela makes clear that talent exists in which talent can be explained in a mannerism of the rate in which person learns with effort, but argues that "a focus on talent distracts us from something that is at least as important, and that is effort".
What’s more to really get success in life:
I really hate to break it to you there is no secret to success!. What’s the real secret is that we have to work really, really hard, day in and day out guys, year after painstaking year i.e involving with great care about your work and attention, to get what we want out of life that doesn't sound like a great secret to me!. If there were a secret to success, we would want it to be a really awesome shortcut, just believe I can do it, then that's all it takes. Now that would be a truly awesome secret!
How to make Yourself Mentally Tough
1).what is grit or mental toughness means for you.
For you, it might be…
· going one month without missing a workout or plan to make it happen with effect
· delivering your work ahead of schedule for two days in a row
2). Grit(Talent that you have ) Make with your small physical wins:
We all often think that grit is about how we respond to the extreme situations, but it does not make sense .
It’s all about our everyday circumstance.
Mental toughness is like a muscle. It needs to be worked to grow and develop.
3)..Build strong habits and just stop always depending on motivation:.
Grit was not all about getting an dose of inspiration or courage to do something always that strikes you more to workout
It’s about constructing yourself with the daily or regular habits or a habits that allow you to stick to a scheduled plans, perfect calendar to your daily make-

outs and overcome challenges and distractions over and over again.
Mentally tough people don’t have to be more courageous, more talented, or more intelligent . They just have belief and always be consistent in their work.
