Procrastination:

Simply called as lack of self control or delaying.

Procrastination is challenging one in which we people had been faced at one point. For example, if we have been around people, we have been struggling with delaying and procrastination on things that matters to us.

All of us sometimes plug our mind to think about that why procrastination pull us inspite to think about our good intention.

Actually we come to know that time defines everything. Human being tendency always value immediate rewards more than the future rewards. The best way that I could explain : That all of us could have present and future .

When we people set goals for yourself-like writing a book, learn programming skills, or losing weight, that is you are actually making plans for your future. Like what you are envisioning what you want your life in your future. It is quite easy for our brain to see the value in taking actions for our future. But the future needs long term reward, we people always get attracted towards the present tiny rewards.

Procrastination- Actions to rise ourselves Better:

We cannot rely on the long-term consequences and rewards to motivate present. Instead, we have to find a way to move future rewards and punishments into the present moment to achieve nobel in future.
