Reasons behind china's fast growth!

For the past few years ,all the countries of the world have been fearing about China's fast growth. Until the 1980s China was worse off economically and all than we (India) were .In 1958 -1961 approximately 3.75 core people died in China because of famine.But in the next 40 years China developed as an economically powerful country. The reasons behind the growth are political reasons.

Now we will see some important factors which were the reason for China's fast growth.

1. The first thing is China had a nuclear bomb.That is why developed nations such as the US,England ,Russia and France could not ignore China. But those countries did not make us ambitious.Because they believe India will use Nuclear bombs ,science and technology only in quiet ways.

2. The second reason is China thought communist structure would not help them to overcome their problems like famine,shortage of food.

3. It had a prominent place next to Russia in communist structure.

4. Also China supports Vietnam to fight against America.

5. Our neighbour country Pakistan made a good relationship with China.

After 1970 how China make use of above strategies useful to it ,is an interesting story.

In 1970 America was facing continuous failure with Vietnam . So it was forced to end the war.

So the US needed China's help.On the other side China was facing a huge problem with shortage of food and famine.China thought that its communist friend Russia would not help them . So China needed US help.They used Pakistan as a broker.

After that China abandoned communism and grew on the shoulders of the United States.China has become a major economic export technology power. China's GDP was 14 trillion dollar.Personal income was 10,000 dollar.Those below the poverty line are 1.7 % and unemployment was 4.3 % over the periods . Its exports exceed imports,earning the United states alone $343 billion a year . It's net income rose to more than 725 billion dollar when other countries' accounts were added. Finally China has become a factory that completes the core needs of other countries.
