Steps to handle your psychological pain & stress

"I was arrested into the bottle , there was no freedom .But, I tolerated it for my goal.
I was thrown into the tank ,there was no sufficient oxygen for me. But, I tolerated it for my goal. At once ,the cap opened and paved the way towards my goal .I ran through the Knife Edge & finally I have achieved my goal with a Pain" ,Ink said after reaching Paper( goal)
Without a pain no one can succeed in your life. Learn how to handle those pains . "Pain is a secret ingredient to your success recipe". So chew and taste it. Success will knock your door soon.
Only thing is you should learn how to handle those pain .
Steps to handle your psychological pain & stress :
1. Cry - Crying is better than advertising your pain and emotions with others
2. Meditation - Sit alone and close your eyes , do meditation if possible . You will feel fresh
3. Music - Listen to good and pleasant music or songs. Listening to music will help you to feel good. Music heals !
4.Write - Write something whatever strikes your mind and read that . If your scribbled words sounds good then keep it with you or it sounds bad or negative then tear that paper and dispose it .
5. Divert - Divert your mind from that and start thinking something else and positive .
6. Sleep - Sleeping is the best thing. It will fade away your pain and stress entirely. Whenever you feel bad just sleep . Avoid using sleeping pills .
7. Play - If you are a pet lover or if you have any pet animal in your home then play with your pet animals. Now a days, people loves dogs & cats more than other people . It's only because they don't cheat !. Isn't it ?
8. Talk- Talk alone , talk to yourself by seeing mirror , talk to the wall . It may sounds funny. But ,I am damn sure you will feel good when you try this. It will pave the way to understand yourself completely.
I hope you will follow my steps. And these steps are written by using my own experience. Only follow if you wish it or agree with me.
