The three farm acts are nothing but an open jail to farmers

When the coronavirus began to be less of a problem in many states, nobody ran for gold or any luxury car. No one did. Literally, everyone, in haste, went for food. From time immemorial, food as always being the top survival factor; therefore, making its producers (farmers) important.

Currently, those who feed the entire India are on the roads of Delhi asking for what good for them. This is coming after the Indian government is gradually rolling in an act that endangers farmers and their crops. Is that fair? No. Not all. These three farm acts can be verifiably dubbed as a "dark" law that is deliberately encompassing farmers, leaving them with an average living condition and rights that will be halved after the laws are fully implemented.

The three farm acts are unfair

Indeed, this new act is unfair and unfriendly. It provides agricultural sales outside the mandis system. Ultimately, this will bring about a gradual end of the mandis system that favor farmers. Much more, this new bill can be perceived as insensitive that leave the local farmers at the mercy of corporate.

This act will also cripple farmers' right to their goods. It is very awful to see the ownership right of what you've worked for fall into another man's hand. No one will love that to happen to him/her. And certainly not the average—earning farmers.

Two major problems faced by Indian farmers are lack of mechanization and agricultural Marketing. These two factors can be found in the Act. And these sections in the Acts still hit farmers negatively. The farmers have done nothing to deserve this.

Also, this act will not specify price fixation on farmers' produce. And this will heavily harm the future of farmers' goods and their acceptability by customers in the market. This is not good news rather and "ill news" for the farmers, its customers, the government, and even India.

Is the use of force the way?

For every Indian sake, we've seen farmers travel-protest over 2000 kilometers to reach Delhi. Any use of serious force won't be the answer to these farmers' protests. This can lead to a major law and order upheaval.

Solution

All they asking is the revocation of three Farm Bills and a minimum support price (MSP) for their crops in the introducing-law. The government should cling to their choices and demand to their heart. It what is best for everyone, even the government itself!
