Self-care is mandatory to keep-up a healthy relationship with oneself as it produces constructive feelings and uplifts one's assertiveness and self-esteem. Plus, self-care is important to jog one's memory that you and your requirements are significant too.


It helps you know your value, to level your work-life soundly, to handle your distress, to get a better well-being and to procure a transition from just existing to start living.

1. Practice yoga or other exercises for at least an hour per day.

2. Lay out some time with the nature.

3. Take a warm shower.

4. Listen to the sound of the sea waves and meditate for a few minutes everyday.

5. Intake light foods and have a balanced diet.

6. Have deep conversations with your loved ones.

7. Take power naps on your tough days.

8. Read a non- children's book while having tea.

9. Extend your gratitude in whatever you can.

10. Grow a plant and nurture it.
