YES!!!
All of us would love to look beautiful. But what should I do to look beautiful? Should I buy some costly, branded cosmetics or should I undergo some treatments or do some exercises or just go and ask that person???Argh…

Skin is a fabulous communicator that speaks unspoken words. Our skin responds even quicker than our mind. It becomes pink with embarrassment or turns white with fear. The amount of care we put in will be shown in our skin.

Yes! Meditating few hours a day can do miracles to your skin. Mindful breathing adds oxygen to the skin which boosts your cellular health also rejuvenates your skin. Thus, it helps in making your skin fresh and gives a youthful glow.
Stress is one of the biggest barriers we must cross to get a glowing, young skin. As stress leads to headache, ulcers, insomnia, muscle aches and so on this always results in damaging our skin. To overcome it, meditation is the best way to overcome it.
