Also researches have shown that meditation helps directly in weight loss such that it makes you aware of our actions thus helping you in both emotional eating and binge eating. Emotional eating is caused by our stressful emotions were we end up over eating to outweigh our physical feelings. Whereas binge eating helps you to repair your relationships, incorporates intuitive eating to help us slow down and make us listen to our inner self and get a better understanding of ourselves. Thus, binge eating is a healthy and non- diet approach that anyone can follow. Some of you may be wondering how meditation can be helpful, when exercise and diet don’t seem to be working. Let me explain it.

In majority of the cases the cause for weight gain and inability to effectively weight loss is stress. If have been following both diet and exercise regularly, it leads to extra stress. Stress releases a hormone that stores extra fat which we don’t even want in our body. Thus, this causes inability to effective weight loss. So, only exercise and diet is only going to add up your stress level, but you need to break this stress level. To break it, meditation can help. I think I have got your next question on your mind.. Now you may be wondering if there are any limitations for meditation techniques? No! Meditation is also one of the methods to reduce weight. But if you could incorporate all three, that is, diet- exercise- meditation you could get wonderful results. All that matters is how long you follow it. Meditation also makes you make healthier choices. Once you start doing meditation you can feel that you have become gentle, thoughtful when it comes to interacting and communicating with other people. This makes you realize your inner beauty also. So where can you find meditation guides?? Mmmm… Now, with the world in our hand we can find out anything we want at anytime. So you don’t need to enroll yourselves in any classes. Just try it. You can also encourage your family members to meditate. You can also use a mantra while meditating.
